Not what it once was. We loved this place for a few years but it's changed dramatically. They seem more feline oriented. Our last appointment was terrible. Firstly it was rescheduled 3 times by the office. Not a single person there failed to be rude to my wife while she was there. They don't even do the exam with you in the room. How am I supposed to know you even did anything then? The biggest issue was they wanted to give our dog shots he didn't even need yet. I certainly wouldn't recommend this vet to anyone.
I am so thankful for St Joe! The staff and doctors are personable and caring. They take the time to explain everything and answer questions. They make you feel like they love your pet just as much as you do!
Dr. Schiller was awesome. Very informative and answered all my questions that I had about my new puppy. Her staff was very punctual and friendly. They definitely spoiled my little puppy with lots of treats and love. Thank you St. Joe vet, you're amazing.
Got there late with our just found, lost cat. Dr. Kitson stayed late to check him out to be sure he was all right. Great caring place to take your animals.
St Joe's is great! I moved here from Florida and saw they were fear free certified which was a selling point. They are so caring and wonderful with your dogs. I have a dog that has severe epilepsy and Dr KT has been amazing with her. She has gone the extra mile when helping us get her and my other dog the best care possible. Dr KT also does acupuncture through KNIVES rehab and always makes sure my pup is comfortable during it. They also did my male pups neuter surgery and kept me updated during the day. So thankful we found this vet office when we moved here. Everyone I have interacted with has been great.
They always take excellent care of my fur babies! They are so understanding and gentle with my dogs and kitty. I have been going to them for years and appreciate everything they do.
We were here over 10 hours. I guess other people's pets are more important than other peoples. A lady was waiting longer than us and her cat died. I don't know if our cat will live but as long as we had to wwait. I'm surprised she did.
